About Sue Claydon - Having worked in the dental industry as both a dental nurse and surgery manager for many years, Sue Claydon set up KDA to provide high quality dental staff. As an area practice manager, Sue had been dealing with employment agencies for many years but never received the consistent supply of good quality staff or service that she needed. So Sue Claydon set up KDA to provide that high quality service. We now pride ourselves on working hard to build close working relationships with employees, clients and potential candidates ensuring that each client- employee match is sound. This results in ensuring that all clients receive a personalised consistently good service that they can rely on.
In 2008 Sue saw a gap in a niche market, applied her fine tuned recruiting skills and launched a new department within the agency for supplying Veterinary staff. KDA are rapidly becoming established in this field and look forward to continued growth in this sector.
