Sue Claydon – Owner/Director
KDA Recruitment Ltd. was established by Sue Claydon 23 years ago, originally known as Kats Dental Agency, having already worked in the dental industry as both a dental nurse, practice manager then an area manager for over 40 years.
Sue set up KDA to provide high quality Locum dental nurses, receptionists, dentists, hygienists and permanent staff. As an area practice manager, she worked for one of the largest corporates in the country as an practice manager and then an area manager. Sue had been dealing with dental employment agencies for many years but never received the consistent supply of good quality staff or service that she needed.
We now pride ourselves on working hard to build close working relationships with employees, clients and potential candidates ensuring that each client- employee match is sound. This results in ensuring that all clients receive a personalised consistently good service that they can rely on. Alex started with KDA in November 2024. Alex has 34 years experience in the dental industry as a Dental Nurse and also management roles. She enjoys both sides of dentistry, being involved in the surgery supporting staff and the patients, Alex also likes to support the recruiting side of the agency. Alex has a wealth of experience which was welcomed to KDA.
