To work as a Locum Dental Nurse we need you to fill in our online application form. If you can return this along with copies of your CV,  GDC certificate, proof of Hep B, Hep A, tetanus status, passport/driving licence/birth certificate, DBS, references and indemnity insurance proof.

Once we have all of these documents in place one of our consultants in the office  will call you to discuss the work we have available and arrange an interview.
